A. Appointments are not required. You can visit us anytime during our working hours i.e. 8 am to 9 pm. However, we do recommend that you call ahead to avoid busy hours. Some tests might need fasting status, so it is always better to call ahead & discuss the same with our technician. We recommend you bring a completed test requisition or order form or prescription from your healthcare provider.
A.Our working hours are 8 am to 9 pm. But do call ahead & inquire regarding specific test which needs to be performed.
A. Some blood tests do require fasting prior to having your blood drawn. Please contact your healthcare provider / our technician to determine need for your specific testing.
A. Depending on the test performed, most tests are completed and reported within about 12 hours of receiving the sample for testing. Certain tests take several days to weeks. Results can be sent directly to your doctor or to you depending on your preferred mode of communication like mail or whatsapp.

A.It is always better to ask your physician or doctor for interpretation of the test results. Our doctors can help & discuss the test results with you.

A. We provide home sample collection as per your need & requested time. Our routine working hours are 8 am to 9 pm.
A.After booking home sample collection through website or call, our technician will come to your house for blood sample collection at your requested time. Technician will collect sample & safely transport it to the Lab. Once we receive the sample at the Lab, you will get the update for the same.
A.No. You will be not charged extra for the home sample collection. Only minimal logistic charges are to be paid.
A.There are several ways to access your lab test results:

A.In general, preparation is relatively simple. You will be asked to wear gown and to remove any objects that may interfere with the x-ray image.
A.Any jewellery around the affected areas. For example, earrings, necklaces, glasses and dentures for upper spines and belly button rings for lower spines. You must remove nylons, tensor bandages and splints unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
A.We suggest you wear clothing that is easily removed as you may have to disrobe for the X-ray. Buttoned and heavily embroidered shirts will have to remove for chest and spine x-rays and you will be given a gown. Abdomen views, hips, femurs, knees will usually require a gown, unless you are wearing pull-on pants or sweat pants without any metal or buttons. There are some items of clothing that are better than others, for example, we recommend shorts for knee x-rays.
A. The risks associated with medical X-rays are frequently exaggerated. It is estimated that the chances of contracting cancer as a result of an X-ray of the chest, for example, are similar to the risks of contracting cancer by inhaling the smoke of one cigarette - about one in a million.
A.No. Pregnancy is contraindication for X rays, as it may harm your developing baby. You need to inform technician if you think you are pregnant before undergoing X ray.
A.It is safe test. It is most commonly performed test for general & pregnant patients.
A.You should have plenty of water & avoid going to toilet before sonography. Your urinary bladder (urine bag) should be full. It is always better to come early morning on empty stomach for better visualization of some abdominal organs.
A.It takes 10-15 mins for regular sonography. It may take more time for pregnancy sonography.
